Area 51 Escape

Hello!

We are two aspiring indie devs (Rob and Bilal) who have been working on a game for over a year now. Our project is our first experience with game development, and we have had an absolute blast doing it so far. Neither of us had ever participated in a game jam before, so when we saw that Brackeys (channel that had taught us so much) was putting one on, we knew we had to participate. We thought it would be a great opportunity to see what we could do with what we have learned so far in a short period of time, and build a completely new game from scratch in only one week. It was a great experience that really pushed us to our limits, and I believe we gained some valuable lessons to take back with us to our developing game.

Our game jam creation, Area 51 Escape, is ultimately a story of friendship. Even though your character could easily make it out by himself, he knows that he is stronger with his friend by his side. Take your alien buddy with you as you make your way through puzzling levels. No man (or alien) gets left behind!
